Data controller: ROFLEXER B.V., trading as MuteStackStudio. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are.
What we collect
Your email address, your order details (products, amount, date, invoice data you enter) and basic technical data needed to deliver your downloads. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details.
Why we use it
To deliver your products and download links, to send order and support emails, to meet our legal and tax obligations, and — only with your consent — to send marketing emails.
We do not sell your data
We never sell or rent your data. We only share it with processors that help us run the shop (payment, email and hosting providers), under a processing agreement.
Newsletter
Newsletter emails are only sent if you have given consent. Every email contains an unsubscribe link and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Your rights & contact
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to marketing. Email info@mutestackstudio.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
